Kare Energy is an Oil and Gas exploration and production company located in Texas. We are the leading experts in Unconventional resource plays in multiple basins across the United States. We discovered the modern Austin Chalk trend and have multiple Austin Chalk projects in Texas and Louisiana. We are partners with Industry Chalk players such as Blackbrush, Geosouthern, and IronRoc Energy. Besides Unconventional Austin Chalk, we have other stellar upcoming projects in the Haynesville and Bossier resource plays in the East Texas basin. Our other main focus area is Wyoming with 15,000 acres in the Greater Green River Basin and Big Horn Basin. We have an inventory of Conventional and Unconventional prospects in these basins and are actively looking for Partners to develop these high return high growth low hanging opportunities.
