Karis Digital is the first platform of creative therapy for people with mental health support. We offer packages of self-paced sessions in the form of videos of therapeutic activities that you can do from the comfort of your home and that are designed by our art therapists and artists in order to help you work on specific objectives such as managing certain emotions or reducing your stress. Apart from that, the packages also include the chance to have artistic supplies delivered to your home as well as to sign up for live group sessions and 1-to-1 sessions of creative therapy.
