Karka Academy was founded with the mission to empower millennials and career changers to overcome their challenges and make a meaningful impact on society, their communities, and their careers. For most graduates self learning is NOT EFFECTIVE and mentored learning is NOT AFFORDABLE. Companies have shortage of skilled graduates for entry level positions. We aim to bridge this gap. We identify graduates who have the ability to learn but are unable to get employed with the skills they attain in college. We make them industry ready through our intensive “bootcamps” without the burden of paying hefty fees with a guaranteed placement. We run the bootcamp in a Pay after Placement model. For companies, we offer industry ready graduates with zero hiring cost.
