Education | Motivation | Awareness KARLANDO Oy is a multidisciplinary company founded by Karla-Maria Toiviainen, specializing in training, motivation, and awareness. With roots in the arts and performance, KARLANDO began in the Netherlands in 2011 and is now based in Finland. Our mission is to combine education, art, and wellness to create meaningful, customized experiences that support both individuals and organizations, regardless of industry. KARLANDO’s services are built around three core themes: 1. Training in voice, performance, and music 2. Workshops and motivational talks focused on team-building and organizational well-being 3. Awareness and education on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), with an emphasis on improving understanding and compassionate care within healthcare settings. In addition to our services, KARLANDO runs the CRPS Elämää brand, which raises awareness of CRPS, providing resources and support for those affected by chronic pain, as well as the Kompleksinen Kaksikko podcast, a space for open discussions and shared experiences on living with CRPS. With over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, higher education administration, and performing arts, Karla-Maria brings a deep commitment to fostering well-being and inspiring change through the power of creativity and connection.
