KARM Awaaz is a transformative movement led by empowered KARM Fellows and dedicated to empowering women as catalysts for change. Through our network of committed KARM Fellows, we provide essential support, resources, and opportunities for young women studying in 2nd year college to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Our mission is to foster financial independence and inspire through the powerful stories of lived experiences. By creating safe spaces and building community, we enable women to uplift and support each other. Join us in shaping a future where women thrive and lead with confidence. To achieve this, we offer a comprehensive program that includes: Monthly Workshops: Participants attend in-person workshops to develop crucial skills and engage in our curriculum. December Immersion: A day-long, in-person workshop with the KARM Team, offering a rich experience of learning and creativity. Summer Accelerator: A two-week intensive program that provides participants with advanced training in becoming employable
