Karmsund Group is the parent company of Karmsund Servicebase and Karmsund Contracting, along with some real estate in their portfolio. The properties are primarily located in Estonia, and the main part of the real estate are small-and medium-sized shopping centers, as well as some industrial estate. All Estonian properties are operated from our office in Tallinn. Karmsund Group's head office is located on Gunnarshaug at Torvastad at Karmøy, in an industrial business area with a total of 110 acres of land area and about 12000m2 industrial premises.
