Karo Coils is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility operating on a continuous piece flow concept. The plant has a production capacity of 300 metric tonnes of hardened wire per month and manufactures over 1.5 million springs annually. We specialize in the manufacturing of cold coil springs, handling wire diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 17 mm. Additionally, we process hardened wires in-house from 3 mm to 17 mm in diameter using our advanced wire drawing and heat treatment facilities. Our fully integrated operations—including multi-color conveyorized powder coating—enable us to offer cost-effective solutions, flexible production volumes, and rapid sample development. Our team consists of 100+ experienced professionals, including engineers, designers, R&D experts, and metallurgists, each with over a decade of industry experience. This expertise allows us to customize spring designs and conduct life cycle testing to meet specific application requirements.
