CADA was formed by taking advantage of the activists in the field of standardization and coding and developing the tools needed to establish the common language of goods, which has the expertise, technologies and knowledge in this field in a centralized manner. CADA's mission is to create a network based on standard information of goods and services, which facilitates, clarifies and coordinates the flow of various information between all elements of the supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, sellers and customers. Every company or organization might need the services of one or more CADA components that will be customized and used for that company or organization.
