For many decades, the company Karthäuser-Breuer has been engaged in the development and distribution of acid-free, ageing-resistant cardboard and paper qualities for the restoration, archiving and framing of high-quality works of art. In addition, various types of cardboard, decorative boards, lightweight foam boards and aluminum composite boards are offered for visual presentation in the fields of advertising, display, exhibition and scenery construction. A selected assortment of aluminum frame profiles completes the product range. In the company's own workshops, the products offered are assembled and further processed according to customer requirements. Various saws and plotters are used to produce cuts and mounts in all conceivable formats. In the laminating and framing workshop, the further processing of customers' own pictures is carried out exactly according to their ideas. Karthäuser-Breuer's specialty has always been its focus on large-format materials, so that even pictures in unusual oversized formats can be processed, packaged and delivered. On request, in cooperation with befriended decorators, the hanging of the pictures at home, in the office or for an exhibition can also be organized.
