At The Karur Home Weave Textiles, (previously The Karur Bleaching & Dyeing Factory founded in 1960 by Mr. A.Arunagiri Mudaliar), now taking care by Mr. A.A.R.Vasantharaja – Managing Director, he studied Textile Technology and worked in reputed corporate such as INTERTEK, TUV, BUREAU VERITAS, LEVI’S. Our collections span home accessories, apron, bed linen, blanket, chair pad, curtains, cushions, dish towels, double oven glove, oven glove, pot holder, kitchen towel, napkin, placemats, quilt, quilt covers, scatter cushion, seat cushion, seat pad, table cloth, table linen, table runner, tea towel, terry towel, throw, wall banner, with a focus on natural materials rich in texture and character home weave hand-loomed and hand-crafted products such are storage hanging bags, laundry bag, placemat, table runner, yoga mat, beach mat, kitchen coaster made with Cyperus rotundus (Korai river grass), Typha latifolia (Sampu river grass), Banana ropes, Bamboo sticks, Coconut leaf sticks. We seek out individual pieces with unique to curate collections that contribute to creating warm, grounded interiors. From our base in Karur, we work with artisans around the world and fine tuning the collections for different seasons, fusing our minimalist design approach with global skills and traditions, telling stories of craftsmanship and creativity. By keeping our eye firmly on the quality, integrity, and design of our products, we believe we can make eco-conscious products accessible to everyone. There are many things we do to make our products better for the environment that do not cost the earth. ZDHC approved chemical, no chlorine bleaches, naturally colored cottons that does not need dyes, Biodegradable packaging.
