Kas Spirits is the only Putnam County NY Distill Spirits Plant.
We are producing a true artisanal handmade craft spirit called Krupnikas
Krupnikas is a very old recipe that made it down through generations and across the Atlantic into Brooklyn.
Kas's mother shared it with him along with other Lithuanian recipes in the 80’s and he started experimenting falling in love the complex flavors of the Honey, Spices and Citrus.
We blend a mixture of NY State Honey, exotic spices like Cardamom, Cloves, saffron, Ginger, orange and lemon zest, and pure grain alcohol and we create an original 80 proof soft and bold spirit.
Our business is family owned and we handcraft, in small batches the Krupnikas from beginning to end in a 900 square ft. refurbished car repair shop.
The business has grown to be now in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey states.
