Kashvi Trust

Kashvi is an initiative that empowers girls and women through education and vocational training. It equips learners to pursue further studies, employment opportunities, or home-based businesses, fostering sustainable growth in underserved communities. Currently operating in Jharkhand, the program also offers online learning opportunities that are not limited by geography. The 16-month program offers secondary education via NIOS, combined with essential life skills and job-oriented vocational training. Since its inception, Kashvi has enrolled over 2,800 learners, with 387 pursuing vocational training and 96 learners starting businesses, securing employment, or joining Self-Help Groups (SHGs). With 25 operational centers and a 100% pass rate in NIOS practical exams, Kashvi is making significant strides in enabling women to become financially independent and self-reliant.
