In a pattern of thinking and doing (a Kata) with a basis in Lean thinking. The pattern becomes effective if you know how to apply it flexibly and in a people-oriented way (then you are a Kanjer). With KataKanjers, Mariëlle Zwaga and Elske Heeren want you to grow into a KataKanjer.
