Katallasso Family Health Center is a faith-based charitable health clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured population of the York community.
Katallasso's doors (and arms) opened to the underserved community in January 2013. Since that time, we have seen over 21,000 patient visits. Our neighbors without health insurance often seem invisible as they do not regularly access the care they need due to cost constraints and fears. We put names and stories on each of these precious patients as they encounter careful and compassionate care. They are seen, heard, and valued.
Our patients receive compassionate care from over thirty volunteer medical professionals representing over a dozen specialty services, including podiatry, infectious disease, gastroenterology, cardiology, ophthalmology, physical therapy, orthopedics, licensed counseling, general surgery, pulmonology, and family medicine.
Katallasso (Greek: reconciliation). OUR MISSION is for the uninsured families of our community to encounter the love of Jesus. Through compassionate healthcare, we hope to see them restored physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
