Katalyst is a new age boutique advisory and investment banking firm offering flexible & customised solutions across the deal lifecycle from preparation of collaterals to closure of transaction along with post transaction support. We work with local and global clients on long term retainers or on a project basis. A strong ecosystem and network of leading PE/VC funds, NBFCs, lawyers, consultants allow Katalyst to be a single point of contact for a variety of solutions. While working with clients in various industries and offering sector agnostic services, there is an end to end specialisation in the Real Estate sector where we possess a larger range of capabilities including project ideation, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring/financing solutions across the capital stack. Current and past assignments include – • Signature Global, India’s leading affordable housing developer – Retained to work closely with the promoters and senior management helping them with new acquisitions, fund raising and investor relations • Electric Vehicle startup – Currently working on a USD 4 mn pre series A round for an EV manufacturer focused towards the logistics industry • IBC landscape – Raising INR 3,000 mn in acquisition finance for a winning bidder to complete the takeover of a platform of K-12 schools. • Co-Living/Student Housing player – Closed a USD 1 mn seed round from leading family offices. Also helped sign up 1,500+ beds in NCR to quickly become a large player in the industry • Select other assignments include capital raises for a Bio Diesel manufacturer and a Canadian blockchain based fintech player.
