Kata School UK exists to encourage, inspire, and enable people and organisations to think and behave in more effective ways. KSUK is run by Ann Hill and Gemma Jones as a not-for-profit organisation, based in the UK. Kata School UK's aim is to provide safe, inclusive, accessible spaces that encourage active participation, creating strong and supportive communities for anyone wishing to learn more about the Improvement Kata. Sharing what we know and providing useful and practical information about the practice of Kata is important to us. Empowering our members so that they can develop and grow their thinking skills is at the heart of what we do... because we believe that better thinking can change the world.
