Coaching is an opportunity to reflect, clarify, process, explore, test, visualise, strategise - all the good stuff - around the things that matter most to you.
It isn’t counselling or advice-giving. Coaching is about tapping into your own resources through deep listening, reflection and thoughtful inquiry.
I’m an artist and coach, with a background in corporate law and leadership in the non-profit and public sectors.
I have a flexible coaching style and am up for conversations of all kinds. Some of the things I love exploring with people include:
