To make the world a better place and to bring some peace to our lives and our relationships. My name is Kathryn Sheridan and I'm the Founder of Coaching for Changemakers. It's for the people doing the work - the inner work and the work out in the world. And for navigating the fine line between the two. I've spent 20 years in environmental sustainability. I'm an award-winning business leader and TEDx speaker. I've spoken across the world about sustainability, responsible materials and credible communications. I've consulted with some of the coolest startups and some of the world's largest companies. And yet, as a consultant, there was always a line I couldn't cross. The line where it gets personal. Why we do (or don't do) things, what drives and motivates us and what pushes us forwards. How we recover when pushing for change becomes overwhelming. How we move through the hard moments of life that could derail us completely. And how we handle the inevitable baggage we carry from a life well-lived. Not surprisingly, I found my way into coaching. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and have various other qualifications and certificates supporting my experience on the frontlines.
