What is 'Coaching by Susanna' all about?
I empower individuals to live a fulfilling life by understanding who you are and to create from a place of knowing what you want in life - whether it’s a career, business, lifestyle or what kind of leader you want to be.
I do this through 1:1 coaching and tailored 3-6 month programs using NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Coaching, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), a sprinkle of spiritual practices, leadership experience and a vast array of learnings from books, podcasts and applying techniques in my own life.

I’ve been working in the IT industry for 15+ years for major blue companies across 3 continents in sales, customer, leadership roles helping people and companies be successful. Coaching has always been engrained in my DNA.

* My approach incorporates NLP, EQ, coaching tools, a sprinkle of spirituality and deep inquiry into understanding who you are, in order to create your desired outcomes. It all begins with awareness and peeling back the layers of the onion on all things YOU.
* I have used these techniques and learnings in my own life (my wants, desires, understanding why I am the way I am, working through limiting beliefs and challenges, and with this powerful knowledge, made decisions and created things in my life with purpose and intention - the career, lifestyle, friends, and relationships).
