Katori™ is an artisan food company curating a gourmet range of organic food products handcrafted by women artisans of Rajasthan. At the core of Katori is a network of women-owned collectives that employ over 200 women full-time and directly engage with over 2000 small and marginal farmers across the country. Traditionally made We are reviving age-old and traditional practices to bring you maximum nutrition, freshness and flavour. Small Batches Women artisans minimally process our products in small batches to maintain the highest standard of quality and authenticity. Ethical & sustainable practices We promote organic and sustainable practices amongst our farmer networks while also ensuring that they get a fair price for their produce. Women's Empowerment More than 70% of our proceeds go back to our women's collectives that are providing women artisans with a steady source of employment and income and helping them lead a life with dignity.
