Kauri Springs Lodge is a private corporate events venue located on Waiheke Island - just a short 40-minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland. As a fully-serviced corporate venue, we offer flexible meeting and breakout spaces, as well as entertaining spaces for dinner parties and social functions. Set in a lush four acre sub-tropical garden, the Lodge is an idyllic setting for companies requiring a relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere that's totally private. The wonderful mix of modern and aged character makes the Lodge a unique venue with plenty of rustic charm. Both the generously-proportioned Atrium and stylish Solarium can be configured for meetings, breakout sessions or presentations. Our events team will set the room up with tables and chairs to your desired arrangement. Our largest space can hold up to 30 people in a boardroom set-up, 100 people for a seated banquet, and up to 150 for a cocktail-style function. We can accommodate up to 18 guests over in nine bedrooms, and offer hotel-quality accommodation with daily room service. Plus we’re in close proximity to more accommodation options just a few minutes’ walk away. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the Lodge facilities as well as its outdoor features. A network of prettily planted paths winds its way through the property’s beautifully landscaped gardens that includes a saltwater spa pool. Our entertaining areas include two sound-insulated spaces with an in-built sound system, an outdoor garden bar, a stone fireplace in the Atrium's lounge and ample courtyard space.
