To prepare the ground for an constructive professional encounter between Arab college graduates and potential employers, we decided to act on two levels: by training and empowering Arab college graduates, bringing them to a fair and equal starting point as they compete in the labor market, and by recruiting employers to actively participate in the transformation, embrace principles of diversity, and offer positions to Arab college graduates.
