In 2015, Daniel Kaven formed Kaven + Co. to facilitate visionary in-house projects for William Kaven Architecture. Since it's inception, Kaven + Co. has originated well over $100 Million in development. Most notably under development, in partnership with Guardian Real Estate Services, is Block 33, a 400,000 sf mixed-use tower in downtown Portland, Oregon, which features a public market, office, hotel and apartments.
