Kaya Herbs er en moderne vertical økologisk farm med en rodfæstet passion for planter. Kaya betyder “Kærlighed til planter”. Vi er den eneste økologiske vertical farm i verden.
Vi etablerede 45 m2 stor prototype af vores vertical farm i 2017, og har nu udvidet til 1442 m2 stor vertical farm.
Kaya Herbs producerer økologiske krydderurter under LED-vækstlys, efter biodynamiske principper. Kaya Herbs bruger ikke gødning men planteudtræk og dyrker jordens biologiske system ved opformering af mikroliv.
Derved opnår Kaya Herbs, med et minimalt energiforbrug, en bæredygtig og miljøvenlig produktion, som er 100% organisk dyrket.
Vi kalder det bæredygtig økologi – fordi det er mere end økologisk!
Kaya Herbs kan derfor producere og tilbyde krydderurter med mere smag og kraftigere duft – Og helt sæsonuafhængigt til detailkæder.
