Kazi was founded by four former students from a coding school who during their own challenging job search journeys, faced common obstacles like tracking applications, identifying relevant skills, and effectively preparing for interviews. Frustrated by the fragmented and overwhelming nature of the job search process, they had an idea to create a comprehensive platform that could truly serve as an assistant for job seekers like themselves. Drawing on their technical skills and firsthand experiences, the Kazi founders built the platform to streamline the job search, empower candidates with personalised guidance, and elevate interview readiness.
