I have also led a number of large TUPE transfers both incoming and outgoing and supported where issues have ended up in the Employment Tribunal. I can support you and your line Managers through the entire process of ER issues through letter drafting, creating scripts for different conversations, and accompanying line managers in meetings where required. I can also assist in policy writing including contracts of employment, staff handbooks and other legal documents you may need. I come with affordable rates and no sign in contracts, you simply pay for the hours it takes me to complete the work.
