KBarr Counseling, led by Licensed Professional Counselor Kristy Barr, offers compassionate and direct therapy services to adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. With nearly a decade of experience, I specializesin addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, neurodiversity and relationship issues. My approach integrates experiential-based practices, including expressive arts, body movement, and EMDR, to facilitate sustainable learning and growth. I am passionate about providing education on mental health to empower clients throughout their healing journey. Services are available both in-person in Golden, Colorado, and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions.
