KBF Kickboxing Studio

Founded in 2017, KBF is the first and only boutique KickBoxing studio providing KickBoxing fitness training in Vietnam. KBF classes combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) and kickboxing that are designed to provide a full-body workout that burns calories, torches fat, tones muscle and, most of all, is incredibly fun. All this in a safe, non-contact environment. KBF services: Group Classes - We have a variety of classes on offer at KBF. From our signature 50 minute KBF fitness class, to our 30 minute lunchtime blast, we also have technique classes to sharpen those kickboxing skills and ‘little ninja’ kickboxing classes for kids. We have something for everyone and to fit all schedules. Online Training - Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we've seen a huge amount of our clients switch over to online training. Led by our expert coaches, our online group classes or personal training require no gym equipment and are a great way to burn calories and get your body moving all from the safety of your own home. Personal Training - We offer 1:1 tailored, personal trainings programs based on your needs and goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your kickboxing skills or fight competitively, our PT programs ensure you meet you goals in a safe and effective manner. Nutritional and dietary advice is also included as part of our PT program. Corporate Training - ‘healthy employees are productive employees’. Our corporate training programs include team kickboxing, bootcamps, female self-defense or our complete ‘wellness package’ combines fitness, nutrition, life coaching and meditation for the ultimate program advancing employee wellbeing.
