KBM is focused on offering the mechanical keyboard community the highest quality available. The cofounders started in this space as customers looking for custom keyboards for gaming setups. They were faced with long turnaround times and confusion, oftentimes having to decide between waiting indefinitely for a product to be potentially restocked or opting for a lower-quality product. As the team members grew into product design and online retail they realized there were many challenges facing members of this community at all levels. To help alleviate some of these issues, KBM was born. Since then, the KBM team has been laser-focused on moving the needle to reduce turnaround times, improve product quality, and create lasting connections within our community.
