Turns underused commercial kitchen space into takeout delivery hubs —boosting existing kitchens and generating another revenue stream. Most restaurants only run at 60% capacity. We utilise data to identify the capacity in existing commercial kitchens, such as those found in pubs, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and even stadiums. Data is used to identify and personalise menus to a location’s consumer base. We build on the ‘(G)host Kitchen’ usual menu, providing new brands to create and deliver.
