KBP Cares is a Public 501(c)3 Employee Assistance Program that is supported by KBP Brands. This is a program that is available to every employee at KBP Brands the minute they are hired, whether or not they choose to donate. If they endure one of our 4 qualifying circumstances and that circumstance causes them the inability to pay for their necessary living expenses, they then qualify to receive a KBP Cares grant. Their bills will be directly paid by the grant.
Our Mission is to provide SUPPORT, RELIEF & HOPE in times of critical hardship through grants to employees within the KBP Brands family. These three words matter within KBP Cares. When emergencies occur, having support is essential.
Relief is the feeling someone is able to experience when they are told that KBP Cares will pay their rent for a month or two because the hardship they experienced caused them to spend their rent money. We hear the “relief” on the other end of the phone line. HOPE is the goal! There is light on the other side of the tunnel.
