KC MedBridge is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting high school students with physicians for tailored shadowing experiences while expanding pre-med resources. In six months, we’ve connected 40+ students with physicians and university surgeons, hosted events that fundraised for our $1,000 scholarship with over 1,000 national applicants. We also collaborate with students of the UMKC 6-Year BA/MD Program to host panels, providing insight into medical education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between aspiring medical professionals and hands-on experience while supporting healthcare initiatives.
