Kalee Cassidy is the passionate and enthusiastic founder of KC Talent - Partnering Professionals. Kalee secured her first recruitment role at just 17 years of age in 1997, this involved assisting long term unemployed & often homeless candidates in Fortitude Valley who really wanted and needed a job, get one. Twenty years on and Kalee's career has resulted in assisting 1000’s of people achieve their career goals and along the way she has supported many, many organisations secure the best possible, professional talent in their industry. In addition to the above, Kalee holds expertise in recruitment procedure and process evaluation, strategy and enhancements and mobilisation recruitment for new sites, acquisitions and mergers.
