The KCL M&A Society (KMA) was founded with the goal of providing students with valuable information and opportunities regarding the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. KMA aspires to provide students with a platform to learn and improve their skills whilst delving into the synergies of law and finance. This will be achieved by providing our members with a range of opportunities such as networking events and mentorship schemes. Furthermore, KMA offers a unique space for contribution to the field by allowing its members to author M&A reports in both finance & law with the guidance of our team. The society is open to all students who are interested in corporate fields such as investment banking and corporate law.
