- To provide all general executive tasks and personal assistance of management level - Coporate with related department, client and partment for clearly understanding the scope of work. - Control petty cash, record company's expense and look after the MD bank account (key record of cheque and tranferred - Paying many company bills, issued PO, Invoices and receipt - Keeping AP, AR - Dealing with SSO, Revenue Department and Accounting firm - Payroll via Internet Banking, updated staff attendance, leave record, - Checking E-mail / Handle local & Oversea phone call - Doing sales report via "Oracle Netsuit Programe" - Corodinate with organzier for exhibition (sometimes)
