The KCO (Knowledge Communities Observatory) community brings together business representatives and researchers who explore and exploit the role played by knowledge and innovation communities in the development of organizations. We believe in the hybridization of professional practices and theoretical insights to stimulate sharing practices and collaborative innovation. Our ambition: Based on the complementarity of practitioners and researchers, KCO Community's ambition is to bring together experts in the community model to : - explore, develop and disseminate new knowledge about the functioning and value of communities - share community practices - value and communicate the community practices of members and their organisations - support organisations in developing and operating the community model - have a good time together
