Kenya Civil Society Platform on Oil & Gas

The Kenya Civil Society Platform on Oil and Gas (KCSPOG) is a coalition of 17 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in Kenya which focus on accountability, governance and sustainability in oil and gas resource management. KCSPOG works towards demystifying and creating awareness around oil and gas extraction and giving citizens the knowledge and tools to hold the industry players including the government accountable. It does this by providing information, strategic advice and legal, technical and advocacy support. KCSPOG is the Publish What You Pay Coalition in Kenya (PWYP-K) and undertakes various collaborative projects with other PWYP Coalitions globally.
