KD Hall Foundation

KD Hall Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Seattle, WA, is dedicated to empowering women and girls by providing a supportive platform for meaningful dialogue and action. We focus on leadership development, bridging pay gaps, and advocating for equitable opportunities in the workplace and beyond. Our programs create pathways for women and girls—especially those from underserved communities—to become confident leaders and changemakers. Our mission is inspired by the urgent need to address global gender disparities. A 2021 report by the World Economic Forum estimates that without significant action, it will take 268 years to close the economic participation and opportunity gap. KD Hall Foundation is committed to accelerating this timeline by fostering bold, fearless leadership and advocating for systemic change.
