Adrian Kearney is a member of the Chartered Institute of Engineering Surveyors (QS) and RICS and has assisted in rewriting the current Arbitration Rules for Ireland encompassing two jurisdictions for the Institute in Ireland. He is also past chairman of the CIOB Disputes Resolution and Chairman of the CIOB Disciplinary Committee. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a skilled panel Arbitrator (Chartered) with over 300 written Awards and is an Adjudicator and Mediator.
