KEDOUGOU GOLD, Semi Mechanised Mercury Free and Artisanal Mining

#KedougouGold , have created a unique window of opportunity in the Republic of Senegal. We have signed JVA’s with artisanal gold miners for mining concession rights, exploration, and exploitation licenses. We are improving the sustainability of Kedougou's artisanal mining by introducing safer impactful mercury extraction techniques (Retorts) to the ASGMs (Artisanal Gold Miners) and utilising our Mercury free small scale mining equipment to benefit those concessions we are working alongside. •Unique opportunity to invest alongside a privately-owned mining group (the 'Company') which has a 100% in a shovel-ready gold deposit in Senegal (the "Project") which currently benefits from small scale production •Project benefits from near surface, low strip, high grade mineralisation which allows for low cost development and production. The Project also has full mining permits. •Project is currently being informally but legally mined by artisanal miners, and the Company has entered into legal agreements to formalise these arrangements and modernise mining techniques. •Equipment has been purchased, is on site in Senegal and substantial trial mining activities have been carried out over an eighteen-month period.. Quarrying Opportunity (Basalte & Granite) KG quarrying services once fully financed will be carried out for a logistics company (LC) incorporated in Senegal in 1999. They have the rights to two basalt quarry concession in the Kedougou region of Senegal and an option to a third concession. KG will partner with LC to quarry and crush the basalt. LC would then transport and sell to partners with whom they have existing relationships, in particular in the Gambia, but also in Senegal. At present March 2023 there is a very small crushing plant on site at the quarry and there is a need to increase production at least five-fold to start meeting the demand for the aggregate.
