Keep the Change CIC

With the vision of setting up a restaurant/lounge bar, we are Keep the Change CIC, a community providing training & employment opportunities for those leaving prison; experiencing homelessness & potential long term unemployed to teach on-the-job skills in the hospitality trade. We are raising awareness & funds for our mission by hosting pop-up dining events around South Wales. There is a huge need for employment opportunities for those leaving prison, with 83% of unable to find work in the first year after leaving prison. We want to create sustainable futures in hospitality, for people, the planet & the community. To provide short term employment opportunities for those who may struggle to find work, providing and developing transferable skills to find long term employment in many sectors!
