Towards this end, it works thru partnerships with concerned citizens, government, businesses, and education institutions, including close alliances with Nassau County's Department of Solid Waste, Keep Florida Beautiful and Keep America Beautiful. KNB is a stand alone, not for profit, 501 (c) 3 corporation; incorporated in the State of Florida. It is governed by a Board of Directors, with an Executive Director managing business and day-to-day administration.
