🌿 We deliver lived experience talks and interactive workshops to corporate and educational settings, focusing on mental health, eating disorders, and well-being. 🌿 Our mission = to destigmatise the conversation surrounding mental health, challenge misconceptions, instil hope, and equip individuals with practical tools to facilitate personal growth and development. 🌿 Our collective is built upon the experiences and journey of our founder, Lara Rebecca, who transformed her struggles with anorexia, anxiety and low self-esteem into a story of hope and inspiration.
