KEI Biotechnology is based in the Netherlands and designs and manufactures Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) instruments, bioanalytical sensors and SPR-specific software for a variety of research applications and disease-specific diagnostics.

Using our SPR instruments, scientists are able to analyse bi-molecular interactions of all classes in real time, without any labelling requirements. As a result, scientists are able to develop a robust understanding of biological ecosystems at a molecular level, which contributes to making scientific breakthroughs that improve human life. We have developed various SPR instruments to suit different needs, but one thing that all our instruments have in common is that they deliver high accuracy and performance for a low total cost of ownership.
Each of our SPR instruments also comes with both data acquisition software and kinetic evaluation software, turning these instruments into powerful diagnostic tools that enable scientists to obtain the right results at the right time.
Although KEI was founded in 2011, our technology has been developed at the Metrohm Autolab since 1989 and, in line with our reputation for innovation, ours were the first commercial Electrochemical SPR instruments on the market.
