Leaders have an exponential impact on society and therefore a responsibility to lead well, serve well. In order to do that in the best way possible, they need to be well in body, mind, and spirit. In other words, integrative leadership is the path to desirable outcomes and a life well lived. In business, I am Lean trained in a root-cause, systems-based approach to continuous process improvement, and I have a similar philosophy in wellness: its called Functional Medicine. What you eat, the environment in which you live - even your thoughts - have a bio-chemical reaction and an impact on your performance, as well as that of your team or organization.
