During my career in fashion PR, I’ve had the opportunity to build and strategize for brands while also seeing the pitfalls of the fashion industry ranging from over-consumption, to fashion waste, and overall a general lack of knowledge on ‘where to begin’ to make more sustainable choices. How do we combine a love of fashion with a desire to protect our planet? Frustrated by the stereotype of sustainable fashion, I sought out to create a platform that discovers and promotes sustainable style while also helping those begin their conscious closet journey.
