Phil is a respected Chartered Construction Manager with over 30 years’ experience of the Property Development and Construction Industry including 20 years at Managing Director and Operations Director level, successfully leading the delivery many major projects across a variety of sectors. Phil's skills and experience from both a Developer/Client point of view and from the leadership of Contracting organisations make him well equipped to lead and support clients and add real value in the delivery of their major Capital Building and Development programmes. He is strong leader with emphasis on setting high standards for all disciplines and providing support and motivation to enable the Design and construction teams to maximise their potential in the successful completion of all projects. He is focused on creating a culture of excellence, establishing good disciplines of quality design and construction whilst also giving attention to value management and detail to ensure all projects are both profitable and exceed the client’s expectations.
