Kenneth B. Schwartz, Esq., represents employers, insurance companies, and aggrieved individuals in litigation, trials, and appeals of business and employment matters, and in injury-related matters, including workers' compensation claims (his area of special expertise; Board Certified since 2014). In his capacity as an appellate attorney, Ken Schwartz also drafts petitions for extraordinary writs and provides trial support to attorneys, including researching complex issues, drafting motions and memoranda, and advising on preservation of issues for appeal.
