We work to restore degraded land in Africa, at scale, through regenerative agribusiness solutions, combating climate change and future-proofing global food chains. Our theory of change leverages a blended value proposition integrating sustainable revenue streams with measurable social and environmental outcomes. By developing large social enterprise farms we integrate agro-processing, smallholder aggregation and market access under one Kenzugi Hub. Our goal is to realise agriculture's potential as a nature-based solution to climate change mitigation, ecological restoration, economic revival, the job market for women and youth, and improved climate, social and commercial resilience.
