Keppels Laser Welding

Founded in 2017 but well over 15 years of experience in laserwelding, Keppels Laser Welding manufactures complete Fiber Laser Welding Machines for laserwelding pillow plates for tanks and register plates. Keppels Laser Welding delivers a complete installation or production sytem and is responsible for all aspects of the machine: design, engineering, production, PLC, HMI and software. Furthermore a vast experience is present in designing pillow plates (dimple jackets), heat transfer calculations, engineering pillow plate applications, production of pillow plates and building pillowplate production systems. Keppels Laser Welding is able to fully educate and support production personnel to produce own pillow plates. Machines are delivered with the needed pillowplate know-how. The laser welding machine can be delivered as a single laser welding head or with dual-head technology for two laser welding heads.
